• The Technology Department coordinates all aspects of technical support for the iPad. The services provided include the following:
    • Hardware maintenance and repairs
    • Coordination of warranty repairs
    • Password identification reset
    • User account support
    • Operating system and software configurations support
    • Update and software installations
    • Application information
    • Restoring iPads 
     
     
    For Stolen Devices:
    1. Contact the Lyford CISD Police Department and file a report within 24 hours
    2. Contact the campus librarian and bring a copy of the police report
    3. The campus librarian will contact the technology department 
    *Students making fraudulent reports will be subject to disciplinary action and may be liable for equipment costs.
     
     
    For Lost Devices:
    1. Contact the campus librarian
    2. The campus librarian will contact the administration and the technology department
    *Students making fraudulent reports will be subject to disciplinary action and may be liable for equipment costs.
     
     
    For Damaged Devices:
    1. Contact the campus librarian
    2. The librarian will assist the student in creating a technology work order
    3. Parent will pay repair costs if applicable, 2nd and 3rd incidents.
    4. The device will be repaired and returned to the librarian.
    5. The librarian will return the device to the student.
