Lyford CISD Food Service

The LCISD food services provide all students with breakfast and lunch without charge.  In an effort to influence children’s lifelong eating habits, the department works closely with the Texas Department of Agriculture to implement nutrition policies and programs to fight obesity and to have healthier, well-nourished students.  The elementary cafeteria serves students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grades and the cafetorium serves students in sixth through 12th grades.  Each cafeteria has a salad bar.  The department caters many special events hosted by the district, as well as providing for special student needs during testing or for field trips.
