Parent Feedback Survey:
The purpose of this survey to assist your child’s school with their school improvement plans. An important step in the school improvement process is to hear from everyone in the school community including parents and students. Your child will be completing a similar survey at school. You will be asked a series of questions about your general experience with the school and your child’s experience as you know it. When you read the statement, please choose the level of agreement as it applies to most of your child’s classes, teachers, and the campus. Your individual answers will be kept anonymous and will be tallied and reported with the answers of all other parents.

El propósito de esta encuesta es el de ayudar a la escuela de su hijo en sus planes de mejoramiento. Un paso importante en el proceso de mejoramiento es el de escuchar a todos en la comunidad incluyendo a los padres y estudiantes. Su hijo llenará una encuesta similar en la escuela. A usted se le harán una serie de preguntas acerca de su experiencia general con la escuela y la de su hijo. Cuando lea cada pregunta favor de seleccionar el nivel de acuerdo o desacuerdo según se aplique a las clases de su hijo(a). Sus respuestas serán anónimas y recopiladas con las respuestas de los otros padres.
