Award Notification: June 29, 2018
Contract Start Date: July 23, 2018
Proposal/bid packets with specifications and information for these items may be obtained at the Business Office located at Lyford CISD, 8240 Simon Gomez Rd., Lyford, Texas 78569. You may also download the bid packet by clicking on the title of bid.
Properly sealed and marked proposals/bids shall be received no later than the dates and times stated above at the Business Office at Lyford CISD, 8240 Simon Gomez Rd., Lyford, Texas 78569.
The right is reserved, as the interest of the district may require rejecting any or all proposals/bid, and to waive any informality in proposals/bids received and accept the proposal/bid most advantageous to the district. Any proposal/bid received after the time set for opening will not be opened. Lyford CISD will not be responsible for any proposals/bids that are sent incorrectly or misplaced.

Vendors requesting to do business with the Lyford CISD must comply with the following:
- Must have an active email address and/or fax number where purchase orders will be delivered.
- Must fill out and submit Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (CIQ) (PDF below) and W-9 (PDF below) along with bid/proposal response. Incomplete bids WILL NOT be accepted.
- Faxed bids/proposals WILL NOT be accepted - no exceptions.
- All file formats are Adobe PDF files. You can download it for free by clicking HERE.
